Delivery Lead-Times:
Delivery timeframes are dependent on the specific product ordered. Standard delivery times are given as an estimate only, and can vary or can occasionally be subject to manufacturer delays.
Our typical delivery lead time is 1-5 working days for items in stock unless specified or for bespoke products.
Pre-Order items are delivered within 90 days of confirmed purchase. Please bear with us.
Certain items in our store require a minimum order quantity (MOQ) as indicated. Orders for these items will only be processed if the MOQ is met, pending confirmation from our customer service. We reserve the right to cancel orders that are placed without prior customer consent. If we do process the order, the customer will be responsible for the delivery, shipping and custom duties related charges, which will be charged on their account based on actual costs. Please note that Galleria Design will not be held responsible for any delays in delivery or processing for items those are not meeting our MOQ criteria. All orders are delivered within UAE from Monday- Saturday, Excluding Sunday and public holidays.

With large items we aim to deliver within four to eight weeks however this may be extended due to production times.
Rugs and Artwork will take an estimated 5-7 days to deliver from date of shipment unless it is a bespoke requirement or other specified.
Shipping Charges:
Delivery is Free to all Emirates in United Arab Emirates (UAE) except for out of service areas.
For the "Out of Service areas" indicated below, please call or email us for delivery charges.

Madinat Zayed, Al Ruwais, Beda Zayed, Ghayathi, Habshan, Liwa, Tarif and Al Sillah, Al Aqaa, Al Geer, Al Mirfa, Al Buraimi, Al Wagan, Al Qoaa, and others that may be considered out of service areas.

Dispatch dates:
Please be aware that dispatch dates are an estimate and not the exact wait time, so please be ready for delays.
* Covid19 Pandemic: We are not responsible for any delays due to border control. Once your order has been dispatched from its origin country, you cannot cancel your order, and therefore cannot request a refund.
Assembly & Installation:
We currently do not offer installation within our services for retail orders. Delivery is to the ground floor front door of your building and does include any assembly or unpacking for projects order. Special arrangements needed to unload exceptionally heavy items, or items needed to be unloaded to obscurely accessible locations must be organized and covered by the customer.
Items may arrive in a protective boxing to protect any damages from occurring.
International Shipping
Products shipped internationally may be subject to a customs fee based on your specific country will be liable by the customer. Please ensure you check with your local customs before ordering.
We provide discounts on large international orders when applicable.
We are not responsible for the return of any goods or import penalties due to delays in customs.
Larger items will be sent via sea for complete protection and to avoid damage. We will be able to provide full details of the voyager and container for you to track the products.
The lead times mentioned are for any sort of shipment are for indicative purposes only and are subject to variation due to technical delays, internal system errors, natural disasters, and government restrictions or public holidays in respective regions that we must comply with.
Factory Location:
We are a UK, United States & UAE based company with manufacturers located internationally, your products will most likely be shipped from our international factories for projects and locally from warehouse to be shipped for items in stock with typically delivery lead time of 1-5 working days unless specified.
